I want a Pikachu in the region of Johto, but I do not know where to get it. Some people say that the U has in the first area of trade, but it will not work! Is there another way?

Of the old school ... Old school. Find one of his friends who still have a red and blue, or better yet, a yellow and worry no more, then do what you've always done, only via USB and act with them or something, Give 'em Ratata was or what haha
Good luck! I liked my blue, but I lost it and broke my Sliver So do not let me save the data ... but it was a few years ago haha
You can get on Route 2, but it's really funny. Fortunately we must have and try to find one there.
